WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ve made the decision to make an investment in you and have your ride professionally detailed. What a great decision! I consider it a great honour to be entrusted with the care of your vehicle and will do everything I can to make your experience a delightful one.
I want to keep you in the know, so here’s what you can expect throughout the rest of your experience with us:
Between now and your appointment:
If you are having your vehicle detailed on someone else's property (ie. at work, at the golf course, etc.) please be sure to get their consent before the date of your appointment. If you have any questions, concerns or need to reschedule your appointment please get in touch.
The day before your appointment:
We’ll send you an e-mail the day before your appointment as a friendly reminder.
The day of your appointment:
We will be at your place a few minutes early with your favourite beverage in hand so we can meet and discuss the specific needs of your vehicle. Once we have determined an appropriate plan of action we will get to work.
While your vehicle is being detailed:
While we work you are totally free to go about your day uninterrupted or watch any portion of the project and ask as many questions as you’d like.
When your vehicle is done being detailed:
If you are on location when we finish, we want to walk you around the car and ensure your complete satisfaction with every part of the work. If you are not present when we finish, we will leave your vehicle safe and secure and follow up with you at a convenient time, to ensure your satisfaction.
After your appointment:
We will get in touch with you in the days following your appointment the ensure your ongoing satisfaction with our work.
If you ever have any inquiries or concerns we are only a phone call, text message or e-mail away. We will follow up with you periodically just to check in and make sure your happy with everything.
